Luc Estenne is a Belgian citizen and founded Partners Advisers in 1998. Prior to founding Partners Advisers, Luc Estenne worked as a proprietary trader for Bank Brussels Lambert in Brussels and New York. From 1991 to 1993, before joining BBL, he worked for JP Morgan Bank in Brussels in the Global Technology and Operation group. He holds an MBA (Commercial Engineer Degree) with distinction from the Catholic University of Louvain.

Jérôme Muller is a Swiss and French citizen. Jérôme Muller joined Partners Advisers in 1999 as Research Analyst. He became Head of Research and Principal in 2003 and Co-CIO in 2007. Prior to joining Partners Advisers, he worked at Union Bancaire Privée (UBP) in Geneva as an internal auditor. He holds a degree in International Relations from The Graduate Institute of International Studies in Geneva and is a CFA charter holder.

Timothée Henry is a Swiss citizen and joined Partners Advisers in 2004 as Chief Operating Officer. In this function, he heads Partners Advisers' operations, human resources and legal functions. From 2000 to 2004, prior to joining Partners Advisers, Timothée Henry worked for 3A Alternative Asset Advisors (Banque Syz) as Chief Operating Officer, leading a team of 8 people. Before joining 3A, from 1998 to 2000, he worked for Citco Fund Services (Suisse) S.A. as Fund Administrator.
