Luc Estenne founded Partners Advisers in 1998. Prior to founding Partners Advisers, Luc Estenne worked as a proprietary trader for Bank Brussels Lambert in Brussels and New York. From 1991 to 1993, before joining BBL, he worked for JP Morgan Bank in Brussels in the Global Technology and Operation group. He holds an MBA (Commercial Engineer Degree) with distinction from the Catholic University of Louvain.

Hugues Janssens van der Maelen joined Partners Advisers in 2013, as the team of Trendtrust, an asset management firm, was consolidated with Partners Advisers. Prior to co-founding Trendtrust SA in 1999, Hugues Janssens van der Maelen worked for Institutional clients and private asset management departments at Kredietbank in Luxembourg, Union Bancaire Privée in Lugano and Société Bancaire Julius Baer in Geneva. Hugues Janssens van der Maelen holds an MBA (International Management & Finance, 1982) from the University of Dallas, Texas.

Timothée Henry joined Partners Advisers in 2004 as Chief Operating Officer. In this function, he heads Partners Advisers' operations, financials, legal functions and human resources. He also acts as Risk Officer of the Company. From 2000 to 2004, prior to joining Partners Advisers, Timothée Henry worked for 3A Alternative Asset Advisors (Banque Syz) as Chief Operating Officer. Before joining 3A, from 1998 to 2000, he worked for Citco Fund Services (Suisse) S.A. as Fund Administrator.

Olivier Magnin joined Partners Advisers in 2002, and is currently Head of Research. From 1999 to 2002, prior to joining Partners Advisers, Olivier Magnin worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers in Zurich as Senior Auditor in the Audit & Business Advisory Services department, specialised in banks and other financial institutions. Olivier Magnin holds a Master in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) in Switzerland, and is a CFA charterholder.

Hubert Pawlak joined Partners Advisers in 2021 as Senior Research Analyst in charge of fund selection and monitoring. From 2018 to 2021, prior to joining Partners Advisers, Hubert worked for Edmond de Rothschild in Geneva as Senior Hedge Fund Analyst and Portfolio Manager. From 2016 to 2018 he was a Portfolio Manager at Lera Capital in Geneva where he co-managed hedge fund, private equity, real estate and direct investments. Prior to that he spent over 5 years at Mirabaud in Geneva as a Hedge Fund Analyst. He started his career in finance at Union Bancaire Privée in Geneva in 2006 to later move to New York as a Hedge Fund Analyst and remained in this role though 2011. Hubert Pawlak holds a Master Finance and Banking as well as Master in International Relations, both from the Warsaw School of Economics. He also studied at Georgetown University.

Daniel Bouvier joined Partners Advisers in 2021, and is currently a Research Analyst in charge of operational due diligence. Prior to joining Partners Advisers, Daniel worked 6 years for EY as auditor of alternative investment structures in Luxembourg. Daniel holds a double master degree in management and corporate finance and banking from EDHEC Business School.

Prior to joining Partners Advisors Daniel Stupak worked for Union Bancaire Privee, UBP SA the private bank in Geneva as Deputy of Head of Fund Desk for almost 4 years. Prior to that he spent 2 years working as a fund controller for Jabre Capital Partners SA, the asset manager in Geneva where he controlled the number of hedge funds with over $1 billion in assets $1-2. Prior to that he worked 10 years for Mainstream Funds Services (now APEX Group Ltd.) a Fund Administrator in Dublin, Ireland. Daniel Stupak holds a master degree in management from the university of Presov, Slovakia and is a CAIA charterholder since 2016.

Gaetano brings 20 years of experience as an investor and entrepreneur. Prior to joining Partners Advisers, Gaetano spent 15 years in London in Mergers and Acquisitions and as the founder of an alternative asset manager focused on environmental assets. He has worked with a wide range of blue-chip European corporations, sovereign wealth funds and leading private equity franchises, advising them on acquisition strategy, strategic financing and divestiture programs. More recently, Gaetano has held C-level positions for leading Swiss financial institutions, with responsibilities across strategy, business development and asset management.

Marie-Maëlle Cochet joined Partners Advisers in 2018 as Compliance Officer. From 2014 to 2018, prior to joining Partners Advisers, she worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers in Geneva, as senior Regulatory Auditor in the Financial Services department. She holds a Master in Law from the University of Lausanne in Switzerland.
